No matter who you are, where you live or what the topic is, everyone has something to say about it and we do not always
agree.
Over the last fifteen years or so of being with AOL, like most people, I've made thousands of searches for information
on a wide range of subjects for both myself and a lot of other people. I suppose like a lot of other people, it's pretty easy
to just click the page into your Favorite Places folder thinking you might want or need to find that place again.
What happens in most cases is that you end up with one enormous conglomeration of files that sometimes it's impossible
to make heads or tails out of where exactly something is in that vast area of Cyber Space. Filled with thousands of bits and
pieces of information that you’ve actually forgotten probably about half of it anyway.
Then, the worst case happens, your computer crashes or something similar happens and for whatever reason all those files,
all that information is gone.
So, I've decided to follow a friends advice and organize them all in one place on a web site, sort of like a creating a
Favorite Places that would make it easier for me to refer to them as well as share them as a whole or in part during any further
discussions in which I'm inclined to participate.
The following pages are a collection of various sites that I have referred back to constantly during what seems like millions
of discussions and searches, some I’ve returned to just for the enjoyment of visiting them again and again.
So, if this site has been created for my personal use, why am I bothering to explain anything. Because I know how easy
it is to "stumble" across different web sites in the process of searching for something that may even be an entirely different
subject. That’s how I found the greater majority of the sites I’ve collected.
I would say that the primary reason I’m explaining is because this site is out there, open to the public as is everything
else on the web and it is not in anyway my intention to offend any person who may be reading this site. So, with that in mind,
if you’re searching the web looking for something specific, I hope you find it, perhaps here or on a different site.
Much like when we go shopping at a downtown mall or shopping plaza, we often stop in many different shops as we look for
that unique item, we may not purchase anything in most of the shops we enter, but we saw a lot of interesting things. I hope
that you’ll find this site as informative as possible on whatever subject you were searching for or perhaps discovered
something else along the way.
I ask that you keep in mind and remember the adult warning label when you entered this site. It wasn’t designed to
entice or lure unsuspecting individuals into something evil, corrupt or otherwise by advertising the fact that it is essentially
an adult site. The label was put in place because this site does contain material and links to other material, both informative
through essays as well as photographic images that are not appropriate for individuals under the legal age of the state in
which they reside. Personally, no matter where you live, if you have not at least reached the age of 18 (but preferably the
age of 21) I would rather you simply by-pass this site.
